Motion by respondent Florence Ocko for the following relief: (1) to be substituted, in her capacity as executrix of the estate of Samuel Ocko, deceased, as respondent in place of said deceased; (2) to set aside the decision of this court, dated November 27, 1961, and to vacate the order entered thereon; (3) to set the appeal down for oral argument and to permit the respondents to be relieved of their default in submitting a brief; and (4) for a stay. Motion granted to the following extent only: (a) Florence Ocko, as executrix of the estate of Samuel Ocko, deceased, is substituted as a respondent for said deceased; and (b) the decision of this court dated November 27, 1961, and the order of the same date entered thereon are vacated insofar as they pertain to said deceased. The said executrix, as respondent, if so advised, may serve and file a brief on or before April 16, 1962. Within seven days thereafter, appellants may serve and file a reply brief. The appeal shall be deemed submitted without argument. Disposition In all other respects, motion denied.
